José Luis Cascallar - Persona GLOBAL® Senior Consultant - is responsible for the Persona GLOBAL® European, Middle East and West African network. He is also a founding partner of Persona GLOBAL® Spain.
 

José Luis Cascallar has twemty years of experience providing training, and organizationa consulting to clients from private and public sector organizations. Drawing on his international experience and language skills, José Luis has particular expertise in (leadership and project and change management programs), as well as in cultural alignment through cooperation in projects of high complexity.

He also has extensive experience in the financial and construction services sectors and specializes in working with clients from this environment.

Previously, José Luis worked in executive development for Epise, and as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager for Paradigma Consultores, where he was responsible for R+D+i, formulation of solutions and delivery of consulting on Human Resources development.

He is an expert in the design and implementation of on line 360º feedback systems.

José Luis is a Master Trainer in most of Persona GLOBAL® Solutions and Methodologies, and he has certified global partners in Argentina, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Germany, Greece, Holland, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Italy, Lebanon, Nigeria, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, and Ukraine.

And as a consultant in projects such as:

José Luis holds an M.A. in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Boston; a B.A. in History and a B.A. in Economics from Fordham University, New York, and three years of Law School at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain.
