Carlos Enrique holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration with a specialization in human resources and a master in Institutional Communication issued by the Universidad Panamericana UP. Carlos Enrique also has specialized studies for CEO granted by the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección IPADE.

During his professional career he has participated for more than 40 years in Silanes Laboratories, Silanes Association, Bioclon Institute, Baxter, Travenol, Hyland Laboratories and The Sydney Ross Company.

Experience

Carlos Enrique is also a strategist in the implementation of programs for the development and formation of human resources with a focus in the link between universities and companies in a basis of social responsibility.
 

Carlos Enrique has directed the Association of Professionals in Human Resources of the Pharmaceutical Industry (APRHIFAC). He has founded groups and committees of specialists in human resources, communication and social responsibility.
